Terms & Conditions

Product Warranty

All imported products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty for at least one year.

As official representatives of many foreign manufacturers, we cover every defect found in a product, as long as the product bears the certificate of authenticity of one of the companies we represent. It is advised that you keep the receipt of your purchase/delivery, as it serves as warranty documentation and, in addition, you will need it in case you want to return the product.

1010 Cosmos Ltd is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from improper unpackaging or improper setting up of the product. All of our products are accompanied with a manufacturers User's Guide. However, if you don’t find the user’s guide helpful enough, please feel free to contact us. We use our products and we know their operation and we’ll be happy to assist you right away.


If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days from delivery. Please keep the package of your order in good condition, at least for 7 days, so that, if you decide to return the product, you can ship it back safely. 

If you wish to return your order, please contact us and tell us the name under which the order was placed as well as the code number of the order. For returns you can only contact us by phone, on +357 24 323 010.

Before you call, please make sure you have this information:


  • The order number

  • The date of shipment of your order

No return can be accepted without prior notice

You can return your order for any reason within 7 days from delivery.

For the return to be accepted, the original packaging of the product as well the product itself should be in good condition.

To return your order you must first give us a notice by phone on +357 24 323 010, so that you get a return confirmation.

If the return is due to a change of mind of the purchaser, then the purchaser is charged onlythe  shipping costs (initial shipment and return), provided that the products remain intact and the package is in good condition.

If a product does not correspond to the descriptions made in ads or on our website or if the purchaser finds it to be defective, then the purchaser is not charged any return costs. In addition, the purchaser receives a full refund of the money they have paid on delivery or their credit card charges are cancelled. 

1010 Cosmos Ltd attends to the quality control and proper shipment of every product. However, there is no way to ensure that there is no manufacturing defect in any product. All imported products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty for at least one year (see “Product Warranty”, under “Information”). If you find that a product you have just received has any defect, please let us know by phone or email. Our company has a skilled and experienced technical support department and one of our associates will get in touch with you as soon as possible to assess the problem.

The product can be replaced within 10 days from delivery, provided that it is checked by our technicians and found defective and that we have a replacement in stock at the time. 1010 Cosmos Ltd is not responsible for any damage or wear caused to the product during transportation, unpackaging or use. In these cases the warranty of the product does not apply.
